First, our deepest condolences after the shocking events at the The Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh Saturday. It’s impossible to express the sorrow and revulsion such acts cause. Our deepest sympathies and very best wishes to all affected by this monstrous deed. It feels a bit silly to think about a football game after that but we’ll do our best.
Duke lost a tough game to Pitt 54-45 with the final score coming in the closing seconds. Obviously Duke could have used the win but all things considered, if it is small consolation to anyone there, it’s not that big of a deal.
