DURHAM - Through three rounds of pool play during the third day of competition at the 2023 NCAA Fencing Championship, the Duke fencing team is in ninth in the team standings with 57 points.
Notre Dame is currently in first with 159 points, followed by Princeton (146), Columbia (130), Ohio State (107) and Harvard (101) to round out the top five.
Freshman saberist Kunling Tong currently sits at 16th through day one in her first NCAA Championship appearance while junior foilist Christina Ferrari is in 16th in her respective event.
