The Opening Hit
- Duke closes out its regular season slate this weekend with a two-game set at Boston College and Boston University.
- The Blue Devils are 5-9 overall and 0-5 against ACC foes and coming off a tough 7-2 setback to Syracuse. All nine of Duke's losses have come against top 15 opponents.
- Boston College is 9-5 overall and 1-3 against conference opponents. The Eagles most recently suffered consecutive losses to Louisville and Saint Joseph's. Boston University is 3-12 overall and 1-3 in the Patriot League.
- Duke is looking for its first ACC victory as it prepares for the ACC Tournament Nov.
