DURHAM, N.C. – Duke clinched the series over Pittsburgh with an 8-1 win on Saturday afternoon at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park in downtown Durham, N.C.
at the plate who went 4-for-4 with two RBI, a double, a home run and three runs scored. Sophomore Chad Knight also had a good night offensively, recording one hit and two RBI.
Sophomore Henry Williams started on the bump for the Blue Devils. Williams, out of Darien, Conn., delivered his best showing during his time at Duke, improving to 2-0 on the season.
