Now picture that guy being the target of ridicule by fans of every school outside of Durham.
That is easy to do, right?
Well, “that guy” could come in the form of the top-rated true point guard in the 2019 class and a current Duke basketball prospect named Nico Mannion.
In July, Mannion reclassified from the 2020 class to the 2019 class. And in the middle of August, he announced the four programs that he is still considering: Duke, Arizona, Villanova, and Marquette.
