Rolling Meadows (Ill.) shooting guard Max Christie is uniquely talented on the court and comes across as uncommonly brainy during interviews. So it's fitting that the 6-foot-6, 175-pound crafty scorer, who appears to remain at or near the top of the Duke basketball wishlist, is handling his recruitment differently than practically all of his five-star peers in one respect.
Christie, No. 13 overall on the 247Sports 2021 Composite, noted in his first SI blog on Wednesday that he will not announce a list of any length before choosing his college destination:
