Already down Zion Williamson, it took three minutes into Saturday’s loss to North Carolina for the Blue Devils to lose another big man.
After a chase down block on Garrison Brooks, Marques Bolden and Brooks got tangled up in the air and Bolden’s leg hit hard into the stanchion and he stayed down for quite a bit of time on the court.
Bolden was helped to the Duke locker room by Antonio Vrankovic and Justin Robinson, and did not return to the game.
After halftime Bolden would return to the Duke bench under his own power and also returning to the locker room after the game with no assistance, but he did have a noticeable limp and was moving gingerly.
