The Duke basketball team added a quality mid major to its non-conference schedule.
Jon Scheyer has already loaded the Duke basketball non-conference schedule but now he has added a quality mid-major program.
Hofstra men’s basketball program announced on Thursday that they would make the trip to Cameron Indoor Stadium to face the Blue Devils this season.
The matchup will be on December 12.
“We understand the significance of playing an opponent like Duke,” Hofstra head coach Speedy Claxton said in a statement.
Hofstra is coming off of an appearance in the second round of the NIT this season, including a victory on the road against Rutgers in the opening round.
