DURHAM, N.C. – Duke head coach David Cutcliffe announced on Monday the hiring of Jim Collins as a Football Analyst.
Previously, Collins served as an assistant coach with the Blue Devils under head coaches Steve Sloan (1983; 1985-86), Steve Spurrier (1987-89) and Cutcliffe (2008-15).
"Obviously, the amount of experience and knowledge Coach Collins possesses is surpassed by few in the football coaching industry," Cutcliffe said. "Jim's familiarity with Duke and our program makes him a perfect fit into our system as we expand the staff.
