Dance Like the Stars
DURHAM, N.C. – Redshirt senior offensive lineman Gabe Brandner spent part of his summer learning a new skill – salsa dancing. Brandner took part in the National Inclusion Project's Dancing Like the Stars project and learned a number of new steps.
David Cutcliffe's Duke Football TV Show got a lesson from Brandner and talked with Brandner about how the salsa dancing is similar to playing football. Cutcliffe also spoke about the leadership Brandner possesses.
Similar to the TV show Dancing with the Stars, community members from the Triangle area paired up with professional dancers from Arthur Murray Studios in Cary for one-two months to learn a dance while raising money for the National Inclusion Project.
