When the NCAA announced the new transfer rules, Duke’s Mike Krzyzewski warned that it was going to be like “the Wild West” with players transferring in droves.
That’s really been true, and Duke has certainly had its share, but what people tend to miss is that Duke has been having similar turnover for several years and has generally done well despite it.
