Last year we taunted Kentucky fans, and Olivier Sarr, by pointing out that for a surprisingly long time Wake Forest had a better record than did the Wildcats.
There’s a chance that could be the case this year too.
Why?
Because transfers have become JUCO’s 2.0, and a different set of coaches stand to benefit.
We’ve already seen it to an extent with coaches like Scott Drew, Kelvin Sampson and Mark Few, all three of whom are in the Final Four and all of whom have benefited mightily from transfers.
Those guys are still are mostly old-school though.
