GREENSBORO, N.C. – For the third time this season, Duke University fifth-year senior Lexie Brown has been selected ACC Player of the Week, after impressive outings against ninth-ranked Florida State and North Carolina in Cameron Indoor Stadium.
Brown helped lead Duke to a 2-0 record on the week and into the top four seeds of the ACC Tournament. She averaged an impressive 26.0 points, 7.0 assists, 4.5 steals and 3.5 rebounds.
The Blue Devils knocked off ninth-ranked Florida State live on national television Monday behind a game-high 30 points, five steals, three rebounds and three assists.
