DURHAM, N.C.— Duke University women’s golf head coach Dan Brooks announced the 2016-17 Blue Devil schedule Monday as the Duke returns four of five starters heading into the season.
Brooks, who enters his 33rd year at the helm of the Duke women’s golf team, returns two-time All-America Leona Maguire, reigning NCAA Champion Virginia Elena Carta, two-time All-ACC selection Sandy Choi and junior Gurbani Singh as starters from last season’s squad that advanced to the semifinals of match play at the NCAA Championship. The Blue Devils will also return junior Lisa Maguire and welcome in Ana Belac from Slovenia to the mix.
