DURHAM, N.C. – Duke University freshman will travel down the road to Greensboro, N.C., this week to compete in the Grandover Resort Women's Griffin Amateur, which will be contested at Grandover Resort East Course Oct. 16-18.
A native of Wilmington, Del., Brinker will be one of 47 golfers competing over 54 holes.
Brinker last played in the Golfweek Caledonia Amateur in September where she placed tied for 14th with rounds of 72, 69 and 74 for a two-over-par, 215.
