DURHAM – Duke head coach Chris Pollard surpassed with his 357th win in a Blue Devils uniform on Tuesday evening, as No. 11 Duke (18-7) downed Campbell (17-7), 11-1 at Jack Coombs Field.
Junior right-hander David Boisvert worked a perfect four innings on the mound in his second career start, punching out five Camels along the way. Both the innings pitched, and strikeouts were new career highs for Boisvert, and the righty has worked 12.2 innings of scoreless baseball this season.
Duke used a six-run seventh inning and a four run eighth inning to tally their ninth game of scoring 10-plus runs this season.
