PORTLAND, OR – Senior Adam Wood managed to snag a share of 10th in the Nike Golf Collegiate Invite on Tuesday as his 207 (-6) effort gave him his first top 10 finish of the season.
Overall, the team finished eleventh at the Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club, shooting a 300 (+16) in their final round to cap off an 855 (+3) for the tournament.
Prior to their final round, the Blue Devils had posted scores of 278 (-6) and 277 (-7) on Sunday and Monday, respectively.
Wood’s 207 (-6) came in impressive fashion, as the senior carded a 66 (-5), a 68 (-3) and a 73 (+2), tallying 10 birdies in total, half of which were garnered in his first-round, bogeyless back nine.
