DURHAM, N.C. – The Duke women's basketball team sent its four seniors out in style Thursday in Cameron Indoor Stadium as the Blue Devils cruised to a 62-47 victory over Virginia in ACC action. Graduate Haley Gorecki, graduate Kyra Lambert, senior Emily Schubert and senior Leaonna Odom played their final regular season home contest in Cameron and were recognized following the game.
The win was the fifth straight for the Blue Devils and moved Duke to 16-10 overall and 10-5 in the ACC, while Virginia dropped to 11-15, 6-9.
Odom led the way for Duke, registering her fourth double-double of the season with 17 points and 12 rebounds, while Gorecki turned in another solid all-around game with 15 points, seven rebounds, three assists, two steals and two blocked shots.
