HILTON HEAD, S.C. – Senior Ana Belac of the Duke women's golf team carded an even par round of 71 Friday to pace the Blue Devils in round one of the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate, which is being played at the 6,266 yard, Par 71 Pete Dye Course at Long Cove Club in Hilton Head, S.C.
Belac, who hails from Portoroz, Slovenia, turned in 16 pars, one birdie and a three-putt bogey on her way to finishing even for the day and will enter the second round in a tie for third place overall.
