DURHAM, N.C. – Graduate student Chase Cheek, redshirt senior Chris Dutra and senior Joey Loperfido will serve as co-captains for the 2021 Duke baseball season. In addition, senior Chris Crabtree, junior Rudy Maxwell, sophomore Marcus Johnson and freshman Luke Fox will join Cheek, Dutra and Loperfido to make up the team's leadership council.
Cheek, Loperfido and Maxwell all served on the team's leadership council a year ago and have served in a leadership capacity throughout their entire careers at Duke.
