Bae to Compete in Dustin Johnson World Junior Golf Championship

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – Duke University women's golf incoming freshman Sophia Bae will tee it up this weekend at the Dustin Johnson World Junior Golf Championship, which will be played March 5-7 at TPC Myrtle Beach in Myrtle Beach, S.C.

The field will include 30 girls that will play 18 holes each day.

A product of Norwood, N.J., Bae is a 2019 Honorable Mention Rolex Junior All-American and 2018 AJGA Junior All-Star Team selection. She collected 14 top five, 21 top 10 and 26 top 20 placements since 2016 on the AJGA.

In her last AJGA Tournament, Bae turned in rounds of 77, 71 and 73 over three days to place second at the AJGA Sean Foley Performance.
