MALIBU, Calif. – The Duke women's tennis team wrapped up the second day of competition at the Women's Collegiate Invitational Friday afternoon in Malibu, Calif.
Junior Kelly Chen picked up a victory in singles as she defeated Alyvia Jones of Michigan 6-4, 6-3.
In doubles, No. 41 Chen and Margaryta Bilokin dropped a tough match to No. 9 Jessica Failla/Anastasia Imachkine of Pepperdine, 6-4.
Duke will return to action Saturday beginning with doubles at 1 p.m., EST.
