In Friday’s ACC action, UNC struggled a bit but beat UNC-W 78-62, Miami knocked off Florida Atlantic 74-60 and Virginia Tech beat Coppin State 74-42.
Cole Anthony had another big outing for UNC with 24 points and more impressively 10 rebounds after 11 against Notre Dame.
However, as we noted last time, UNC is relying on him too much. He took 40 percent of UNC’s shots against Notre Dame and 33 percent against ECU.
In fairness, as Ol’ Roy Williams mentioned after the game, UNC is having a serious injury problem and after playing just three minutes, Armando Bacot may have suffered a concussion.
