A few ACC notes from the last few days.
First, Hubert Davis has completed his staff, retaining Sean May and Brad Frederick from Roy Williams’ staff.
He’s also brought in Jeff Lebo and Jackie Manuel, who will be the director of player personnel.
Davis said that one of his goals was to unite players from the Dean Smith, Bill Guthridge, Matt Doherty and Williams eras. Lebo could be especially useful since he has head coaching experience.
Long-time Williams assistant Steve Robinson was not retained.
In Atlanta, Josh Pastner has essentially gone all-in and says he plans to be in Atlanta as long as the school will have him.
