There's no sugarcoating it, the Duke Blue Devils fell apart at the end of the 2019 season.
Duke started the season 4-2 but would then lose its next five games before winning its season finale against the Miami Hurricanes to end the season 5-7 and missed its second bowl game since 2012.
The Blue Devils last missed a bowl in 2016 and then proceeded to make the postseason in its next two seasons before missing this past season.
On Wednesday morning, the Atlantic Coastal Conference announced the football schedule for the 2020 season and the Blue Devils could be on track for a bowl game.
