The N&O has a column up about the ACC next year and surprise: Duke, UNC and Virginia all have work to do but are expected to be near the top.
It’s going to be a year with lots of changes so there will be chances to move up. At the end though, Duke, UNC and Virginia will all probably be at or near the top.
NC State and Louisville, according to Joe Giglio, could move up.
It’s still early though and rosters are still in flux. For instance, just Wednesday Kerry Blackshear decided to leave for Florida.
