We admire John Beilein a great deal. We’ve always thought of the Michigan coach as the Watchmaker, a guy who built an intricate and remarkable offense that always seems to work. His teams are also has superbly sound fundamentals.
However, this is not an overwhelmingly talented group. And Loyola got where they got by hard work and smarts - and defense.
