16-0: Looking Back at Duke's Undefeated Home Season

Duke men's basketball capped off its regular season on March 4 with its 62-57 victory at North Carolina. Under first year-head coach Jon Scheyer, the Blue Devils (23-8, 14-6) used an undefeated regular season at home to help secure the No. 4-seed in the upcoming ACC Tournament and receives a double-bye into the quarterfinals on Thursday, March 9.

The 16-0 record at Cameron Indoor Stadium marked Duke's 19th perfect season in its historic home venue and the first since the 2013-14 season. Scheyer became the first first-year coach in ACC history to post an undefeated home record and joined Arizona's Tommy Lloyd (in 2021-22) as the only power conferences coaches in their true first year to go undefeated at home.
