WEST DES MOINES, Iowa – The Drake University women's soccer team hosts the Valparaiso Crusaders on Monday in its first-round matchup in the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Tiger Field in West Des Moines.
Drake, the No. 4 seed in the tournament, meets Valparaiso, the No. 5 seed, for the second time in just over a week after beating the Crusaders, 3-0, on Oct. 26. Hannah Bormann (18'), Vanessa Kavan (39'), and Olivia Bruce (77') each scored to lift the Bulldogs to victory on Senior Night.
