NORMAL, Ill. – The Drake University women's golf team finished in 12-place out of 14 teams at the Redbird Invitational on Monday.
"After this tournament the ladies showed they can compete with top teams. Now we need to sustain that high level of play for 18 holes and through a full tournament," said Drake head coach Rachael Pruett. "They've got it and I can't wait to see them exceed their own expectations.
The Bulldogs concluded the 54-hole event with a score of 940 (310-314-316), while Boston College claimed the team title with a score of 890.
