DES MOINES, IOWA – Five members of the Drake University women's basketball team scored in double-digits to help trounce Illinois State, 104-62 Friday evening.
The Bulldogs 104 points marked their third game this season scoring over 100. The meeting also marked the first a team has scored 100 points on the Redbirds since 2017, when Drake then defeated them 101-49.
Suzie Glazer Burt Head Coach Allison Pohlman said, "What an incredible display of Drake women's basketball. Our team's focus on making progress and developing our chemistry is evident and happening at the right time.
