EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Five Bulldogs scored in double figures for the Drake University women's basketball team in a 73-48 victory at Evansville on Super Bowl Sunday (Feb. 5) in Missouri Valley Conference action at the Ford Center.
The win improved Drake's record to 18-4 and 11-0 in MVC games as the Bulldogs have 12-straight victories. The 11-0 start in MVC play is the best start in program history, and Sunday's win was extra special as it was the 800th win in Drake women's basketball history.
