DES MOINES, Iowa – The Drake University women's basketball team hosts Illinois State Sunday afternoon in its final regular season home game at the Knapp Center. Tipoff is scheduled for 2 p.m. and following the game, the program will honor its lone senior Paige Greiner (Williamsburg, Iowa).
Drake (20-7, 15-0 MVC) clinched a share of the Missouri Valley Conference regular season title and the No. 1 seed for the MVC Tournament with its 77-71 victory over Bradley Friday night at the Knapp Center. With a win over Illinois State (13-14, 7-9 MVC), the Bulldogs claim their second outright MVC regular season title.
