DES MOINES, Iowa – The Drake University women's basketball team cruised past Iowa Wesleyan, 102-25, in the program's annual Pack the Knapp for Character presented by the YMCA of Greater Des Moines game. More than 4,000 Des Moines and local area elementary and middle school students filled the stands for a fun morning of basketball, educational and fun activities. Total attendance was a season-high 4,615 fans.
Drake (5-4) was led in scoring by two of its local student-athletes as freshman Hannah Fuller (West Des Moines, Iowa) and sophomore Becca Hittner (Urbandale, Iowa) each scored 18 points.
