DES MOINES, Iowa – The Drake University women's basketball team clinched its sixth-straight 20-win season with an 87-82 victory over Illinois State Saturday afternoon on Senior Day at the Knapp Center.
Drake (20-7, 12-3 MVC) had four players finish in double figures led by Sara Rhine who recorded her eighth double-double this season with a game-high 28 points to go with 10 rebounds. Becca Hittner had a balanced game with 15 points, five rebounds, three assists and one steal. Brenni Rose did as well with seven points, six rebounds, and three assists.
