The Drake University volleyball team is on the road for back-to-back Missouri Valley Conference matches this weekend against Missouri State and Southern Illinois.
The first match is set for Friday evening as the Bulldogs take on Missouri State at 7 p.m. and then travel to Carbondale, Ill., to face Southern Illinois at 7 p.m. on Saturday. Both contests will be broadcast on ESPN3.
Drake (15-6, 4-3 MVC) looks to improve on its conference record after passing the .500 mark with its victory over Indiana State Monday, Oct. 8.
Cathryn Cheek (Coppell, Texas) is coming off her third straight game with a double-double after recording a career-high 23 kills and 14 digs in the win over the Sycamores.
