DES MOINES, Iowa – The UNI men's basketball team used a late second-half run to build a double-figure lead that Drake could not erase in a 71-63 loss for the Bulldogs Saturday afternoon at the Knapp Center.
UNI (10-11, 5-5 MVC) became the first team to win in the Knapp Center since Dec. 19 as the Panthers ended Drake's (7-15, 5-5 MVC) five-game home winning streak. The win was also the Panthers' fifth-straight victory.
Drake was led by another strong game from junior Ore Arogundade (Chicago, Ill.) with 15 points on 6-of-11 shooting with a trio of three-pointers.
