DES MOINES, Iowa - Following its eighth series victory over a Missouri Valley Conference opponent, the Drake University softball team is set for a four-game week. The Bulldogs will host UNI Tuesday for a 6 p.m. matchup before traveling to Loyola for their final road series of the regular season. Drake opens play in Chicago with a Saturday doubleheader scheduled to begin at 12 p.m. before concluding the series Sunday at 11 a.m.
After defeating Illinois State by scores of 8-0, 8-3 and 3-0 last weekend, Drake (35-9, 18-0 MVC) extended its program-record winning streak to 21 games.
