His name is Reed Timmer, a junior guard working toward a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree. The same guy, the two-time Missouri Valley Conference Scholar-Athlete of the Year, who has already become one of the Top 10 scorers in program history.
"He has clearly mastered the balance of academics and basketball, and has done it at a very high level," Drake Coach Jeff Rutter said.
