DES MOINES, Iowa – The Drake University track & field throwers got off to a strong start in the 2022 outdoor season as a group of Bulldog student-athletes competed at the Viking Relays at Grand View University on Saturday (March 26).
In the men's distance events, took third in the 1500 meter run with a time of 4:05.44 and placed second in the 5000 meter run (15:12.79).
In the men's shot put, claimed first place at 16.39 meters for sixth all-time in Drake outdoor program history. won the men's discus at 50.28 meters for fourth all-time in Drake outdoor program history.
