The Drake University men's soccer team picked up its second-straight win with a 2-1 victory over Omaha Friday evening at the Cownie Soccer Stadium.
Drake (2-1-0) scored a pair of first half goals and held Omaha (0-3-0) scoreless for nearly 89 minutes.
The Bulldogs outshot the Mavericks, 12-9, and had five shots on goal. Three of those shots came from Juan Louis. However, it was Jaden Stevenson and Jaffer Murphy who found the back of the net. Both goals were assisted by passed from Louis Yuill from the right wing.
