The Drake University softball team is set to host Iowa State on Wedesday May 4 and Missouri State starting Frirday May 6, in its final four home games of the season. Prior to the Bulldogs game with Missouri State on Saturday May 7, the team will recognize it's four seniors -- Nicole Timmons, Libby Ryan, Macy Johnson, and Alexia Lara.
The Bulldogs return to Des Moines after a road trip to Chicago. Loyola won the first two games but Drake won the final game of the series.
Junior Emily Valtman recorded her 10th homerun of the season and is the first person since Hayley Nibo (2013) to hit 10 homerun's in a single season.
