The Bulldogs begin their time at the MVC Championship as the host institution with the first game of the tournament against Murray State on Wednesday, May 7 AT 10:00 a.m. Drake comes into the tournament as the No. 8 seed with an overall record 21-31 and a conference mark of 12-15.

Drake closed out the regular season suffering a sweep against Missouri State at home last week to push it back into the No. 8 seed. Despite winning seven of 10 games from April 9-19, the Bulldogs have slipped over their recent stretch of games taking losses in six of their last seven.
