IOWA CITY, Iowa -- The Drake University softball team fall to Iowa, 3-2, Wednesday afternoon in Iowa City.
The Hawkeye's took an early lead in the bottom of the first when their catcher doubled out to left center field allowing the person on third base to score.
The Bulldogs quickly took the lead in the top of the second when Carey Koenig doubled out to right field, allowing MaKayla Rice and Skylar Rigby to score.
