Bulldogs fall to the Panthers.
SPRINGFIELD, Missouri -- The No. 4 Drake University softball team faced No. 1 UNI in the semi-final of the Missouri Valley Tournament on Friday May 13.
The Bulldogs started the meeting with Macy Johnson and Delaney Taylor both getting walked. Two Bulldogs struck out swinging to end the top of the first.
UNI came out hot in the bottom of the first. Madison Parks slammed a ball past the center field fence to record a three RBI home run and get the Panthers on the board, 3-0.
