INDIANAPOLIS - The NCAA Division I Men's and Women's Track & Field and Cross-Country Committee has announced the participants for the 2022 Division I Men's and Women's Outdoor Track and Field Championships preliminary competitions. Drake University track & field had seven student-athletes selected to compete in the West Preliminary hosted by the University of Arkansas May 25-28.
Drake's selected participants in the 2022 NCAA West Preliminary: Busiwa Asinga (400m Hurdles), Anthony Barmes (Hammer Throw), Isaac Basten (1500m), Adam Fogg (1500m), Joey Harkins (Hammer Throw), Aziz Jdai (3000m Steeplechase) and Katelyn Williams (Hammer Throw).
