The Drake University men's and women's golf teams had the remainder of their 2020 spring season canceled due to the COVID-19 outbreak in the United States. Both teams were off to strong starts to the spring seasons that included both teams capturing tournament titles on the same day for the first time in school history.
With the cancellation of the spring season, the final season of Drake's five seniors, Chase Wicklund, Aimee Gerschke, Sigurlaug Jonsdottir, Reilly Krohe and Erica Olberding, came to an abrupt end. Below are those five seniors who were set to cap tremendous athletic careers at Drake.
