DES MOINES, Iowa -- Several athletes and coaches present at the 2019 Drake Relays presented by Hy-Vee were named NCAA Division I Regional Award Winners for the outdoor track and field season by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) on Friday. Drake Athletics is proud of their accomplishments and wish them continued success at the NCAA Outdoor Championship this week. Those honored included:

Southeast Region - Daniel Roberts - Kentucky
A junior from Hampton, Virginia, Roberts tied the second fastest mark in collegiate history in the 110 Meter Hurdles at the SEC Championships when he went 13.
