Quartet of Bulldog Men Included on 2025 MVC Scholar-Athlete Team

Butkovic, Carlson, DeLong, Schrage add to decorated 2025 season

ST. LOUIS, Mo. – A quartet of Drake standouts have been named to the 2025 Missouri Valley Conference Men's Soccer Scholar-Athlete team, the league announced today.

Tomas Butkovic, Evan Carlson, Sam DeLong, and Cole Schrage all earned MVC academic honors after stellar seasons on the pitch and in the classroom.

Schrage, who boasts a 3.65 grade point average in Finance adds this Scholar-Athlete nod to his First Team MVC inclusion while Butkovic and DeLong were both listed on the All-MVC Second Team.
