BATON ROUGE, La. – The 35th-ranked Drake University men's tennis fell to No. 33 LSU, 4-0, on Friday afternoon at the LSU Tennis Complex in the Bulldogs first outdoors match of the season.
The Tigers won all three doubles matches to take a 1-0 lead.
"Credit to LSU for its strong start and play in doubles. It was our first match outdoors and oddly we gained a bit of confidence in doubles as we started seeing the ball better and striking it better as the match went on," Drake head coach Davidson Kozlowski said.
